Guildford Lido circa 1950

A slightly different view of the lido and is the view I pretty much remember from two decades later than the date of this postcard.

    It's MUCH earlier than 1950. The pebble beaches shown in this photo had been replaced with paddling pools by 1943 according to this photo from the Imperial War Museum. http://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/205200353
