Have you read “Almost French” by Sarah Turnbill? An interesting book by an Aussie who married a Frenchman and after a year, learned to be “almost
French.” Hard for me to read the accounts of concentration camps during WW II, but I enjoy your posts and can imagine myself sitting in a little cafe in Paris speaking flawless French, discussing politics.
